How to pay
- To hold your date and freeze the rate: a deposit of 50% (bank transfer or deposit).
- The remaining 50% is settled on the day of the trip.

Cancellation policy
- Free rescheduling with 15 days’ notice or more.
- Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before: 50% of the deposit is lost.
- Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice, or a no-show: no refund.
- Cancellation by the guide or force majeure (extreme weather or National Park closures): full refund or rescheduling.
